Check In Specialists
The Last Chance Project is a charitable trust dedicated to restoring the mana of men across Aotearoa, creating safe, inclusive spaces where every man is seen, heard, and supported.
Every dollar goes directly to supporting men across Aotearoa.
The Last Chance Project exists to solve one of the most urgent and underserved challenges in our society: men's mental and emotional wellbeing. Founded in 2022 in Hamilton, Aotearoa New Zealand, we are the originators of the Check In model.
We don't just offer support. We are setting a new standard. Our model is designed as a preventative, transformative, and scalable solution to men's mental health. We combine lived experience, cultural intelligence, and evidence-informed practices.
We operate at the intersection of health, justice, family wellbeing, and community development. When a man heals, families stabilise. When families stabilise, communities strengthen.
This is not temporary intervention. This is long-term change architecture.
"E kore koe, e mahue ki muri"You will not be left behind.
